3DM was established by Derek Maskell to provide structural design solutions for clients within both the private and public sectors of the construction market.

The approach taken by 3DM is simple

• Understand and agree the brief by discussing the clients requirements at the outset

• Advise the client of the key design considerations at an early stage

• Develop a structural solution, in conjunction with any other design team members, that fulfils the original brief

• Effectively communicate the solution to allow a successful conclusion
